About

I’ve done a little bit of everything through my life but  most of my experiences and accomplishments are all tied into art. Working hard at school, I was more than happy to do extra classes, to participate in out-of-class activities especially those where my ability to draw was needed. But my true passion for art  was discovered later on while volunteering in the art studio at summer camp. Started as an assistant, I’ve been transferred to a junior teacher working with kids from 7-12 years old by next summer. I enjoyed looking at kids’ transformation: they were completely different from their every-day selves when they were drawing. That made me interested in the different sides of art like art as a therapy, it’s psycological influence and ability to cue people.

On the other side, I’ve been looking on art and culture of countries all over the world during different time periods as part of my design studies. That is a great opportunity to observe the national history through art and come to a better understanding of people around. I am an open-minded person with a passion for travelling. Meeting new people with different backgrounds from different cultures and understanding them is enriching my vision. In addition to that, my photography ‘addiction’ is helping me a lot to develop research and observational skills. For me, personally, camera is a unique device which notices every little detail that our eye can miss from the first sight. Recording places I’ve visited, people and objects I’ve seen gave me a different prospective on the world around.

Studying on the third year graphic design course in London, I am now seeking for a new fresh wave in my artistic journey. My current course gave me a basic knowledge of composition, color theory and the importance of text and image in terms of their communication and positioning in space. In addition to that, it helped me to develop my critical thinking, problem solving abilities and experementational skills.
